A dark Hooded Rider lurks the Light Rail Transit (LRT) system, in Edmonton, Alberta. He’s been seen boarding trains in the late hours around 2 am and approaches lone train riders. It’s unknown what they talk about or if they talk at all. The passenger he engages with never remembers the conversation or that they were even approached, they have no memory of the entire event.
There is little description of him other then that he wears a long hooded coat, made of a thick draping fabric. The coat also has some layered design on it, but it seems to be the same colour as the coat making it hard to see.
It’s also unknown if the Hooded Rider is male or female.
